a construction team in the objective to complete the work in time with minimize wastage and within budgeted cost.<br>\u2022 Coordinate with clients, consultants, main and sub-contractors and suppliers on all project implementation issues. <br>\u2022 Manage, coordinate and control project activities and programs in ensuring project progress as schedule and within budget<br>\u2022 Attend site meeting and carry out site evaluation and measurements.<br>\u2022 To manage correspondences with clients, consultants and other related parties.<br>\u2022 Ensure the projects are adhered to the individual site\u2019s safety, health and environment policies and specifications at all times.<br>\u2022 To adhere to authority requirements at all times.<br>\u2022 Weekly reporting to the management on the status of the progress of works.<br>\u2022 Perform other related duties incidental to the work described herein.<br>\u2022 Perform any ad-hoc tasks Degree in Civil Engineering\/Construction\/Buildings or related to construction industry.<br>\u2022 Minimum 5 years relevant construction working experience.<br>\u2022 Strong leadership, tactful, self-assured, independent, a team player and able to work in a fast pace environment.<br>\u2022 Willing to work long hours when required by site works and have a high sense of responsibility.<br>\u2022 Computer literate, high integrity and exhibit strong arithmetical and negotiation skills.<br>\u2022 Strong interpersonal skills with effective communication, both verbal and
